I list the resolution and quality settings for each picture (since sometimes the higher-resolution/quality screenshot is on the left and sometimes on the right.)
Most things are really obvious, but I make mention of particular things to pay close attention to above each picture.
Starcraft 2 - 1920x1200 (highest) vs 1024x768 (lowest)
Lighting, sharpness, text and unit portraits
Starcraft 2 - 1920x1200 (highest) vs 1024x768 (lowest)
The planet behind the rock structure,
the satellite dish in the top right corner,
Raynor's portrait (3D vs 2D) in the bottom-center of the screenshot
and the detail and light reflection on the rock structures
Team Fortress 2 - 1920x1200 (highest) vs 1024x768 (lowest)
Anti-aliasing on everything, more and sharper detail on the ground
(I wish the bots would have stood still for both shots, but they weren't cooperating with me...)
"Stick together, team!"
TrackMania 2 Canyon - 1920x1200 (highest) vs 1280x800 (lowest)
GEEX billboard and other lights' bloom effects,
sharpness of car, banner and billboards,
reflections on car,
anti-aliasing on everything

anti-aliasing on everything, including all of the mountains, even the ones at a far distance.
TrackMania 2 Canyon - 1920x1200 (highest) vs 1280 x 800 (lowest)
Light bloom from start gate banner (light reflection is so bright on both screenshots that you can barely make out the Ubisoft logo),
but you can see it on the reflection on the car with the higher quality setting;
car details are sharper and anti-aliased;
sharper detail everywhere
TrackMania 2 Canyon - 1280x800 (lowest) vs 1920x1200 (highest)
ManiaPlanet toolbar at the top has nicer/sharper detail,
